CBeebies’ favourite double-act Chris and Pui are coming to town! Fresh from their hit show ‘Show Me Show Me’, they invite you to join them at the theatre.

Chris Jarvis and Pui Fan Lee have been the main faces on CBeebies since it started and remain top of the tots with their new high rating show shown every weekday on CBeebies.
Now you can finally meet them and have a giggle with them too in their fabulous new roadshow packed with fantastic songs, games and a few surprises along the way.

An Evening of Dance and Conversation with “Strictly Come Dancing’s” Katya Virshilas

Thursday 5th April 2012: 7.30pm

Star of BBC TV’s “Strictly Come Dancing” Katya Virshilas takes to the stage for an evening of exhibition dance routines, featuring the Rumba, Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Jive and many more. As well as this there will also be the chance for you to put your questions to Katya and find out what really goes on behind the scenes of the hit BBC TV show! – And for five lucky members of the audience to join the cast on stage in their very own fun, strictly Dance competition.
Joining Katya is her “Strictly” dance partner Pasha Kovalev. The show will also feature up to 40 young dancers from a popular local dance school.
Together with exhilarating routines, audience participation, Katya in conversation & video highlights, this promises to be a night of world class dance to remember.

Weird Creatures - An Evening with Naturalist Nick Baker

Nick Baker is presenter of Channel Five’s Weird Creatures, previous presenter of BBC One’s The Really Wild Show and CBBC’s Spring Watch.

This new show take you on a personal journey that has taken him to some of the harshest and most extreme locations, from the high elevations of the Andes to bring you the baggy frogs of Lake Titicaca, to the darkest, dingiest depths of Slovenia’s caves to meet the Olm – possibly the source of the original dragon. Join Nick as he tells his favourite stories about discovering, meeting and filming some of his favourite Weird Creatures. Come and learn more about some of the lesser inhabitants of our planet, part bizarre, part adventure and part conservation; all served up with a generous dollop of irreverence and humour!

Albert Lee & Hogan's Heroes

Tuesday 24th April 2012: 7.30pm

Albert Lee, by common consent, one of the world’s finest guitar-players, needs no introduction to Country Music & Rock fans. He has worked with some of the world’s top artists, from Emmylou Harris to the Everly Brothers, Dolly Parton to Eric Clapton. In November 2002, at Eric’s request, Albert appeared at the star-studded Memorial Concert for George Harrison at London’s Albert Hall, and was featured alongside Sheryl Crow, Vince Gill and Eric Clapton at Eric’s 2007 and 2010 Crossroads guitar festival. He is also a member of Bill Wyman’s Rhythm Kings, and fronted the band at the O2 arena on the night of the Led Zeppelin reunion concert. Albert is a double Grammy award winning musician, whose talents continue to be in demand by fellow performers the world throughout.

Marwyn School of Dancing (Ipswich) Hansel & Gretel

Friday 27th April & Saturday 28th April 2012: 7pm

Hansel & Gretel tells the story tells of the plight of a young brother and sister abandoned in a forest by their wicked stepmother. The pupils are led by a magic bird to a little house in the forest, made of cake and candy. However, the house belongs to an evil witch who wishes to eat the children. Clever thinking enables the children to eventually kill the witch and escape with her treasure. On returning home with the treasure, they find that their wicked stepmother has gone. A joyful reunion with their father and their new wealth gives the story a happy ending.
