Booking Information

Booking Conditions

Visa and MasterCard are accepted, along with cash and cheque payments. There is an administrative charge of £1.50 on Credit Card transactions. There is no additional charge for Debit Card transactions. There will be a £1.00 charge should you wish your tickets to be posted.

Reservations

Tickets must be paid for within 7 days of booking. For late bookings made fewer than 7 days prior to the performance, payment is required at least 45 minutes before the show starts. Your seats may be released if these terms are not met.

Booking by Post

Cheques should be made payable to Spa Pavilion Theatre and posted to The Spa Pavilion Theatre, Undercliff Road West, Sea Front, Felixstowe, IP11 2DX. Please state the show date, time and the area you would like to purchase tickets for.

Concessions

Concessions are available to pensioners, students in full time education, registered disabled and groups as indicated. Some concessions may also apply to those requiring a carers support. Please enquire at the Box Office for details.

Returning Tickets

Tickets cannot be refunded. Re-sale or exchange (providing a minimum of 7 days notice) is available. Re-sales are only considered for shows that are sold out. Exchanges can only be made between different performances of the same show. A charge of £2.00 per ticket will apply for these services.

Latecomers

In consideration of our patrons, we regret that latecomers will not be permitted to enter the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance, which may be the interval. Latecomers may be asked to take seats near the back if it is likely that accessing their booked seats will disturb other patrons. The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Accessibility

We are dedicated to providing access for all of our patrons. We have wheelchair spaces and suitable toilet facilities. Entry for wheelchair users can be made via a ramped pathway from the scenic gardens. Please tell us about any special requirements you may have. Guide dogs are welcome and we have a hearing loop system in operation for some shows. Please enquire at the time of booking for further details. Wheelchairs may be stored at the back of the auditorium during the performance for those patrons who are able to transfer to a seat.
