Bar & Refreshments

The Spa Pavilion has one bar situated in the Restaurant open at least one hour prior to the performance and until the end of the interval. An interval drinks ordering service is available for all performances. Drinks purchased at the bar are not permitted in the auditorium.

Situated in the foyer entrance we have a kiosk selling a selection of sweets, soft drinks and snacks. Coffee and tea is also available. Ice creams are available at the bottom of the auditorium on the left although a small selection can also be purchased at busy times from the kiosk in the foyer.

Special Effects

Some shows contain strobe lighting, smoke effects and or other special effects. Details will be posted in the foyer and in the restaurant / bar. Customers with photo sensitivity are requested to inform the box office at the time of booking in order that the use of strobe lighting can be advised.

Photographic Equipment / Mobile Phones

The use of photographic equipment and audio visual recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Customers are required to turn off or silence mobile phones whilst in the auditorium during performances. Use of mobile phones for photography or recording is also not permitted. Persistent usage may result in confiscation.

Small Children and Infants

Due to Health & Safety constraints we are unable to allow booster cushions or infant carriers into the auditorium.

Babes in arms under 12 months of age will be permitted into the auditorium without a ticket. A responsible guardian must sign the baby in at the box office before entering the auditorium.

Hire the Spa Pavilion

The Spa Pavilion can be hired for a number of functions. The main auditorium can seat up to 892 people for seminars, presentations and large scale meetings. In-house lighting and sound can be adapted to suit all needs. To discuss your individual requirements please call Bridget Rutherford on 01394 282126.

Alternatively the Restaurant can accommodate 140 covers and can be hired for Wedding Receptions, Private parties and other functions with a maximum of 250 guests. To discuss your individual requirements call Sarah Beard on 01394 282957.

Parking

The Spa Pavilion is located on Felixstowe’s picturesque sea front; the main car park is situated at the top of the cliff on Ranelagh Road and is free after 6.00pm. Dedicated parking spaces for Blue Badge holders are available in the Spa Pavilion Car Park on a first come first served basis.
